Salem is turned upside down this week on DAYS.
Love is in the air for some Salem couples, new and old, according to DAYS spoilers. And a familiar face debuts in a new role, as the soap pulls another casting switcheroo.
Here’s your Days of our Lives spoilers video preview for the week of October 9 – October 13, 2023. Chanel (Raven Bowens) and Johnny (Carson Boatman) fans are in for a treat, and viewers will get acquainted with two daytime newcomers, who are tackling the new teens in town.
Chanel (Raven Bowens) and Johnny (Carson Boatman) are giving love another try, and what better way to begin than with a “first” date? When Johnny shows up at Chanel’s door, she asks, “So where are we headed?” Johnny’s got the perfect place in mind and takes Chanel back to the DiMera mansion for a movie and a makeout session.
Meanwhile, a couple of Salem newbies – actors Jamie Martin Mann and Ashley Puzemis, who are playing the suddenly grown-up Tate and Holly – debut this week and meet each other in the park. “I’m Tate, by the way,” says Brady’s (Eric Martsolf) son. “Holly,” responds Nicole’s (Arianne Zucker) daughter.
Speaking of Nicole, Tate runs into her later and quickly puts his foot in his mouth, when he comments about the pretty young lady he’s just met. “She’s hot,” announces Tate. “She’s my daughter,” counters Nicole.
Also on the debut front, Emily O’Brien, last seen as Gwen, takes over the role of Theresa, formerly played by Jen Lilley. In a moment alone with Alex (Robert Scott Wilson), she gets flirty and coos, “Maybe I’m just after your money.”
And the fallout from Belle (Martha Madison) learning about Shawn’s (Brandon Beemer) one-night stand with Talia (Aketra Sevillian) continues. “My marriage may be over,” Belle reveals to someone. But, then again, maybe not. Perhaps the couple can find a way to get past Shawn’s indiscretion because later, Belle and Shawn share an embrace.
There’s a new romance brewing, although Ava (Tamara Braun) seems to be in denial. “There’s nothing between me and Harris (Steve Burton),” she assures someone. But, actually, that really isn’t the case. Later, the twosome end up sharing a passionate kiss. See it all for yourself in the promo video below.
