DAYS Spoilers Weekly Recap
When Days of our Lives last aired January 31 through February 3 before the 2022 Winter Olympics, the people of Salem had plenty of drama happening what with the Devil jumping from person to person.
You might remember that Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) awkwardly proposed to Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien), and she said yes anyway. Later that week, Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) decided he wanted to pop the question too, so he asked his lady love’s grandfather, Roman Brady (Josh Taylor), to marry Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold), and gramps gave his permission.
Elsewhere, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) also found himself another unwitting guest of Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), but the good news is, he and Kayla Brady Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) reunited. Meanwhile, Abigail Deveraux DiMera (Marci Miller) worked to rescue her aunt and uncle from her unhinged sister-in-law’s clutches.
Finally, JoDevil (Carson Boatman) tried to make Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) dump Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash), so he conveniently put on Jake’s face and told Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) a secret that Gabi overheard.
The Days of our Lives Week Ahead
After two weeks of missing the NBC soap opera due to the winter games, viewers are in for a treat. Ultimately, Abigail will turn the tables on Kristen while Steve and Kayla attempt an escape, but then they have a strange encounter with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey). They’re not sure if they believe her stunning story, though.
Later in the week, Gabi will deceive Jake based on the false information JoDevil fed to her while Tripp prepares to propose to Allie. Will he be as lucky as Xander and hear a “yes” when he pops the question?
