Steve fights Kristen, Marlena's near death, Stefan's furious

Here’s your Days of our Lives spoilers video preview for the week of January 16 – January 20, 2023. Brace yourself for some major confrontations and yet another Salem heroine facing the grim reaper.
Steve (Stephen Nichols) barges into the DiMera mansion to have it out with Kristen (Stacy Haiduk). “You took away the love of my life, and now you get to pay,” Steve snarls. Apparently, he’s not making idle threats because he’s brought a gun with him. The pair end up in a struggle for control over it. Will it go off? Or will someone arrive in time to stop them?
It looks like Sonny (Zach Tinker) finds out about Leo’s (Greg Rikaart) part in the cover-up surrounding Bonnie’s (Judi Evans) kidnapping. And he’s absolutely furious. “How could you hurt my family like this after everything I’ve done for you?” he screams at the con man.
Stefan (Brandon Barash) has it out with Li (Remington Hoffman) at Salem Place, as Gabi (Camila Banus) watches in horror. “You who lied to her, who rewired my brain so that I would hate her,” yells Stefan. Li isn’t about to go down without a fight. If fact, he lunges at Stefan and slugs him. It looks like the fighting continues throughout the week. Later, Stefan turns up at Li’s room in the Salem Inn and throws a punch at Li that knocks him to the bed.
Meanwhile, Belle (Martha Madison) arrives at the hospital to visit her ailing mother, Marlena (Deidre Hall). “Mommy, I can’t lose you,” cries Belle as Sarah looks on. Then she embraces her mother for what looks like the very last time.
Minutes later, Allie (Lindsay Arnold) bursts into the chapel, where John (Drake Hogestyn) and Brady (Eric Martsolf) are praying for Marlena. “Grandpa. You both have to come right now,” she says. “What is it?” asks John. “Grandma,” whispers Allie solemnly, as Marlena flatlines in her room. “Code blue.”
John and Brady gasp. Will (Chandler Massey), Eric (Greg Vaughan), Belle, and Allie join hands to pray, and John has a last moment with his wife, as highlights from John and Marlena’s long-storied romance flash across the screen. See it all for yourself below.
