DAYS spoilers suggest there is more to Sarah Horton’s island sojourn than the folks who rescued her realize. Considering that the first thing she asked for after getting her memory back was her baby, could it be that it wasn’t Mickey she was thinking of, but another child?

An infant that Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) gave birth to while Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) was keeping her prisoner? Here’s what the fans think about that possibility.
DOOL Baby Thief
There’s no doubt about it in our minds, 71% of the audience asserts. Just like there’s no doubt in our mind that Kristen is holding onto the tot. Kristen stole Brady Black’s (Eric Martsolf) first child right out of Theresa Donavan’s (Jen Lilley) womb and raised little “Christopher” as hers for months.
Prior to that, she took EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) from Susan Banks and passed him off as her and John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) child. (Yeah, don’t think about the ages here, it will only give you a headache.) Stealing little Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) the Second from a brainwashed Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) would have been child’s play!

DAYS Spoilers: Unforgettable
No way, just over 15% dismiss. Sarah may have forgotten who she was, she may have forgotten her love for Xander, she may have forgotten the year she spent as Mickey’s mother and then learning the child wasn’t hers, but she would never, ever have forgotten giving birth to Xander’s child. If that had happened, she’d have definitely said something by now.
DAYS Hope For the Future
There’s no Xander and Sarah lost baby out there, but 14% of the audience is hoping there soon will be! Now that Sarah and Xander are back together, maybe they’re already pregnant, or soon will be. Sarah will embrace her second chance at motherhood, and Xander will be dying to make up for his rotten childhood. They’ll be wonderful parents!
