DAYS spoilers showed us Vivian waltzing into the Kiriakis mansion to announce that Victor and Maggie were never legally married. Since his latest will was destroyed, Vivian is the heir to the entire estate.

Vivian (Louise Sorel) proceeded to get comfortable while Victor’s family vowed to fight back. Will they be able to extract her from their lives — and their house?
Days of our Lives: Generous to a Fault
Justin’s (Wally Kurth) first attempt to prove Vivian was a lying liar who lies was a bust. His trip to the courthouse only turned up proof that backed up her claims…and left Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) in the dust. Vivian has done some truly underhanded things to hold onto Victor (John Aniston) — and his money — in the past, including stealing Kate’s (Lauren Koslow) embryo and gestating Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier). She’s not going to let go of her windfall that easily.
DAYS: Everybody Gets a Car
But, once she has what she’s always wanted, Vivian might prove generous. She can toss Maggie a bone. Let Justin, Alex (Robert Scott Wilson), and Xander (Paul Telfer) grab a memento or two on their way out. And she might even make Philip her own heir. After all, he is her and Victor’s son.

DAYS Spoilers: Smarter That He Looks
But Vivian shouldn’t get too comfortable. Justin is an “if at first, you don’t succeed, try, try, again” kind of guy. So he came up empty-handed the first time. He’s going to keep digging. And eventually, he’ll figure out what’s going on because Vivian has to be lying.
Victor wasn’t the type to let little things like divorcing a woman he loathed slip his mind. Plus, he had to be in Greece for some reason. We’re betting it was connected to his new will. Victor adored Maggie. He would never have left her untaken care of, especially in favor of Vivian.
