DAYS Spoilers Speculation: Dimitri Dumps Leo

DAYS spoilers paint a beautiful picture of Leo’s fantasy about how he and Dimitri will go on the run to escape the murder charges against his lover, and spend the rest of their lives waking up in each other’s arms in a beautiful, tropical location…paid for with what money, exactly? But, first, Leo helped Dimitri escape his hospital bed captivity. Now they’re free! But is Dimitri as committed to this plan as his boy toy?

DAYS Spoilers Speculation: Dumb and Dumber

Dimitri (Peter Porte) is a spoiled brat who has never had to do anything for himself. Megan (Miranda Wilson) did everything for him or at least arranged it. Once she disappeared, that’s when he started making mistake after mistake.

This includes marrying Gwen (Emily O’Brien), cheating on her with Leo (Greg Rikaart), and being stupid enough to get caught by Gwen while he was cheating on her with Leo. Oh, and announcing that he was going to murder Gabi (Camila Banus) and Stefan (Brandon Barash) in cold blood. Then screwing up that, too. The point is, this is not a man built for a life on the run as a fugitive.

DAYS’ Dumbest

And Leo? Leo has never succeeded at…anything. He tried blackmail and screwed that up. He tried kidnapping and screwed that up. He claimed that Gwen was the only person in the world he cared about. And he screwed that up, too.

Now he’s pinned all his hopes and dreams on a happily ever after with Dimitri. It would be sweet — and sad, honestly, if he weren’t such a vile human being. Leo’s plan to spirit Dimitri out of Salem is destined to blow up in his face…just like all his other schemes.

DAYS Spoilers: It’s Him or Me

But here is where Leo’s future really looks dismal. When his plan goes bad, will Dimitri stick by his man — or save his own hide? Yeah. It’s obviously going to be the latter. When Leo’s plan goes bad, he’ll be the one left holding the bag…while Dimitri skips town…and never looks back.
