Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) is still reeling from Xander’s (Paul Telfer) tongue-lashing about Maggie (Suzanne Rogers). Theresa (Emily O’Brien) is only too happy to bend an ear for the CEO. Later, she finds Alex covered in blood. Has he been injured, or is it someone else’s? Could it be a Halloween prank? It is the spooky season in Salem.
Over at the Brady Pub, Steve (Stephen Nichols) gives Chad (Billy Flynn) an earful. Does it have to do with his relationship with Stephanie (Abigail Klein)? Is the concerned father asking the grieving widower to commit or split? Is he issuing a warning? Anyway, it gives the DiMera food for thought as he, Stephanie, and the kids go trick-or-treating.
Later, Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) sits down with Steve to have a heart-to-heart. Does she chastise him for interfering? Or is it typical sage advice coming from the kind doc? Steve always takes her wise words seriously.
