The horror show Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) orchestrated ended in tragedy, and EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) may never be the same. His life spirals as this grief-stricken son faces the consequences of her actions and the war he began. Will Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) help him get justice? The town’s top cop will sure try! Rafe secures the scene and works to calm EJ down as the poor man’s world falls apart.

By the time EJ comes home, he’s quite an emotional and angry man — as you can expect. He returns to the mansion just in time to ruin Stefan O. DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Chloe Lane’s (Nadia Bjorlin) night. They’ve spent the day flirting, and now they have tears to wipe.

Meanwhile, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) deal with their own unfortunate circumstance. Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) has these two under his control — or so he thinks! Johnny fights back, and he wins. Does this mean Wendy and Johnny will run free?

Dr. Sarah Horton Cook (Linsey Godfrey) has her guard up, and she can tell when her man is up to no good. The right thing is to tell the truth, but Xander knows full well that being honest could cost him his marriage.

Days of our Lives History

DAYS made its debut in 1965 and is one of the longest-running daytime soap operas in American history. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in and wanting more. It was developed as a half-hour soap opera for NBC by prolific soap scribe Irna Phillips along with her longtime director, Ted Corday, and Allan Chase. Corday’s son, Ken Corday, continues the family tradition by serving as executive producer.

From Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) crazy schemes to Victor Kiriakis’s (John Aniston) one-liners to the epic love story of John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), DAYS knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more. Fans love their daytime soap operas and the excitement in Salem is non-stop.
