Doug Williams’s (Bill Hayes) test results are in and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) delivers the results. While the news could be better, it certainly could be worse. The diagnosis has Doug stepping into Marlena Evans’s (Deidre Hall) office for an assessment and help to handle what’s ailing him.

Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) is home and ready to work on her marriage. Fixing what’s broken isn’t going to be easy but Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will do whatever it takes to keep his wife by his side. His little family is back together and he plans on it staying that way.

Meanwhile, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) stirs up some deep emotions with his grandparents. His movie plans have them taking a rather sad walk down Memory Lane. Johnny doesn’t stop stirring the pot there. He also has a chit-chat with Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) and Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) about his film dreams. How will they feel when they hear about his plotline?
