Before they get too soft and sweet, Johnny (Carson Boatman) busts down the bedroom door. He has a little trinket to present to his pops. It’s a curious show-and-tell moment that will have their jaws on the floor. What is this vial, and what does it mean?

Also talking about their future is Gabi (Camila Banus) and Li (Remington Hoffman). He has papers she may be very interested in — papers that give her control of his DiMera enterprise stock and his vote. But he won’t just hand them over, will he? What does he have in mind?

DAYS made its debut in 1965 and is one of the longest-running daytime soap operas in American history. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in and wanting more. It was developed as a half-hour soap opera for NBC by prolific soap scribe Irna Phillips along with her longtime director, Ted Corday, and Allan Chase. Corday’s son, Ken Corday, continues the family tradition by serving as executive producer.

From Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) crazy schemes to Victor Kiriakis’s (John Aniston) one-liners to the epic love story of John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), DAYS knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more. Fans love their daytime soap operas, and the excitement in Salem is non-stop.
