Doug William’s (Bill Hayes) condition isn’t getting much better and everyone begins to worry. Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) helps run test after test and keeps a close eye on this very special patient. Poor Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) sits vigil by his bedside in the hopes he’ll come around and finally tell them what happened.

Will the truth comes out when John Black (Drake Hogestyn) shows up for a visit? If anyone will understand what Doug is trying to say it’s John, especially since the devil has been on his mind.

Meanwhile, life for Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) looks pretty great from the outside looking in. She works with her best friend, is dating a handsome doctor-in-training, and her twin is back in town. She even shows off just how happy she is by sharing a very public and very romantic smooch with her main man. But who truly has her heart?
