The DAYS spoilers for August 29 – September 2, 2022, tease a big swing and a miss, unreciprocated affection, and so much more. This will be a week you won’t want to miss!
DAYS Spoilers Highlights
In her grief and confusion, Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) finds refuge in the DiMera Crypt and proceeds to pour her heart out to Jake DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) plaque. When Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) chances upon Ava, he provides her a shoulder to cry on and an ear to bend.
Afterward, Johnny seeks out EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and compliments him on the kindness he showed Ava in her moment of need; EJ eats up the attention, and all the while, he plots.
Soon after, EJ calls a meeting of the DiMera board and moves to have Ava disqualified on the grounds that she is mentally unsound. When questioned, Ava denies ever claiming to have seen a resurrected Jake, and Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) and Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) both back her up — but EJ has an evil ace up his sleeve: Johnny’s confidence.
In response to his father’s betrayal, Johnny pulls a power move that would impress even Stefano, and he later stymies EJ’s efforts to move Ava out of the DiMera manse; neither move much impresses EJ.
Days of our Lives Spoilers: Like A Bolt Out Of The Blue
Though Alexander Neil Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) is convinced that he’s met the woman of his dreams, his opinion is not reciprocated by Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein). In point of fact, Steph would be fine if she never saw Alex again — which proves easier said than done when Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) talks her into doing PR for Titan.

DAYS Odds and Ends
In other DAYS spoilers news, Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater ) lashes out at Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin), Gabi catches Li and Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) conspiring, and John Black (Drake Hogestyn), Roman Brady (Josh Taylor), and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) receive a mysterious package courtesy of Orpheus (George DelHoyo).
Also, look for Belle Black Brady (Martha Madison) and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) to realize that EJ remains a bone of contention between them. Still, they do say that the course of true love never runs smoothly.
Meanwhile, Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) does her level best to convince all and sundry that she’s innocent of the crime for which she stands accused – she even goes so far as to plead her case to her supposed victim’s husband. Will Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) give her ramblings the time of day?
Finally, DAYS spoilers warn that the Kiriakis family will soon be brought together by an immense tragedy. Here’s hoping that the SPD can actually get this crime off their books.
