When Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) came a calling on Jennifer Rose Horton Deveraux (Cady McClain), she didn’t expect to find a woman on the verge of throwing her sobriety out the window.
As you may or may not remember — and it has been YEARS since the matter was last discussed so you’re forgiven if you don’t — Jennifer once struggled with a dependency on painkillers, the result of injuries she sustained in a multi-car pileup.

Now, in light of Jennifer’s untenable loss, she’s a hair’s breadth away from giving in to temptation and taking whatever tablets she can get her hands on. Will Maggie, who struggles daily with her own demons, be able to get Jennifer the help she so desperately needs?

DOOL Spoilers: Putting In An Appearance
With his husband lying grievously injured in the hospital, Will Horton (Chandler Massey) clears his busy schedule in order to rush home and play dotting husband. Expect the extended Kiriakis clan to be happy to see him.
And speaking of Kiriakises, look for Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) to instruct Alexander Neil Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) to work closely with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein), and look for Alex to do as he’s told without argument for the first time in his life.
Days of our Lives Spoilers: Between A Rock And A Hard Place
Now that Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) is looking pretty good for both Sonny’s stabbing and Abigail Deveraux DiMera’s (Marci Miller) brutal death, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) lays down the law with the man’s lawyer — either she gets Leo to turn himself in to authorities, or she’s going to be locked up on Rafe’s say so. Talk about a no-win situation.
