DAYS Spoilers Highlights
Having decided to take the plunge sooner rather than later, and before she goes on trial for the murder of her abusive ex-lover, TR Coates (William Christian), Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) and Abe Carver (James Reynolds) decide to marry in conjunction with Salem’s first-ever commemoration of the Juneteenth holiday.
As luck would have it, Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) and Olivia Price (Special Guest Star Marla Gibbs) are on hand to bear witness to the blessed event. Well, it’s either, someone breaking the space-time continuum, or a little magic being performed, because Lord knows even Paulina couldn’t plan a wedding and arrange for guests to fly in from such far-flung places as South Africa in the span of one day. The woman’s got skill, but she ain’t that good!
DOOL Recap: A Helping Hand
Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) offers his services to Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens), and no, we don’t mean those kind of services…at least we don’t think so. We’re pretty sure that the young gent is either going to step up and watch the bakery while Chanel runs off to her mama’s wedding, help Chanel whip up a cake for the reception that will follow the ceremony, or both.

Don’t expect this to win Johnny any brownie points though. It’s pretty obvious to everybody but Johnny — and perhaps even Chanel herself — that Chanel has already decided which twin she wants to resume dating — and it’s not Johnny.
Days of our Lives Spoilers: Woman On The Verge
Opposite the festivities, look for a guilt-addled Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers) to find herself on the brink of a total mental collapse. Who would have thought that hiding the fact that you killed a man and that you’re letting your innocent mother take the wrap would way so heavily? And it’s not like Lani’s exactly a stranger to lying. You think she’d be pretty good at it by now.
