Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) is in one heck of a predicament. He’s staring down a prison sentence if he doesn’t acquiesce to his big brother’s demand, but if he actually follows through and gives EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) what he wants, then he’ll have a big fat nothing. Prison or legacy? Legacy or prison? Would Charlotte and Thomas rather have their not-so-hands-on father around or his shares in the family company? Yeah, he’s going to need more time to think this one through.

And speaking of thinking things through…Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) has got to choose between ex-girlfriend Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) and ex-husband Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman). Or she could just go all Kelly Taylor for a second time. Maybe Paulina Price Carver (Jackée Harry) could help her baby girl out? Don’t they say that it helps to talk a problem through?

Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) has never had the best luck with the opposite sex. She was murderously obsessed with amnesiac Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols). She dated RoboJohn (Drake Hogestyn). She tried to make a go of it with Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and he did her dirty by doing the future Mrs. Rafe Hernandez — Nicole Walker Hernandez (Arianne Zucker).
