Days of our Lives — Weekly Recap
Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) managed to get ahold of Marlena (Deidre Hall) but it did not go her way on Days of our Lives. MarDevil was tied up too (literally) and could do nothing to save herself or her daughter. Sami then tried to call EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) but he couldn’t hear a word she said.
Sami was still lost, but Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) finally came home. Belle Black (Martha Madison) helped Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) get the power of attorney and he was promptly brought home, just in time for Thanksgiving dinner. Julie was thrilled.
MarDevil threatened Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) and demanded she murder John Black (Drake Hogestyn) or EJ would be on the literal chopping block. Susan tried to follow the orders but her heart would not let her kill and she plunged the knife into herself. At the same time, Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) faced off with the Devil.
The DAYS Week Ahead
Days of our Lives spoilers show Marlena takes off toward her next victims. She isn’t looking to cause Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) too much harm right away, rather she wants to pull them deeper into her web of lies. She needs Ciara to carry her baby to full term, and then the Devil can take over the parenting duties. Right now MarlDevil just wants to take them on a trip to parts unknown.
Unfortunately, for Marlena, Ciara has beauty and brains and quickly deduces something is off about Marlena. She recounts her suspicions to Ben, and he’ll realize he isn’t the only skeptic in the relationship. Remember when Ben feared bringing a serial killer baby into the world? Ciara helped calm his fears through that, so he may just believe Ciara at her word when she says something feels unusual about Marlena.
Ciara isn’t the only one with suspicions. John and Paulina team up to go over all the strange occurrences they’ve both been through. Something isn’t adding up and Marlena is definitely not acting like herself. If they catch wind of Doug’s recent accusation that Marlena is the Devil… they might be on to something.
