Days of our Lives spoilers weekly update for July 5 – 9, 2021, reveal a heated situation, sparks flying, and a secret being leaked.
Days of our Lives — The Week Ahead
Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) is back in Salem, but she’s not here for cordial visits and making up with her soon-to-be ex-husband Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson). In fact, Ben is the whole reason she’s back, and he is making her life very difficult. Why can’t he just sign the divorce papers and move on with his life, she wonders? Ben doesn’t see the situation so black and white as she does.
In fact, DAYS spoilers reveal that Ben will try anything and everything to get through to his love, to no avail. When questioned why she is making Ben’s life so difficult, and not giving him a chance, Ciara defends herself to older brother Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) and her niece, Claire Brady (Isabel Durant).
DAYS spoilers reveal on Monday there are sparks in the air, and it isn’t just because Salem is celebrating the Fourth of July. John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) are turning up the heat. The fireworks will also fly between them when they sit down for a romantic and patriotic date.
EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) still hasn’t caught wind of Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) scandalous affair with her ex-husband Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo), but Days of our Lives spoilers reveal EJ receives a surprising phone call this week… could it be someone calling to put a bug in his ear about the secret? If so, EJ doesn’t catch on since Sami is still able to deceive him for a while longer.
There are a few people who do catch on, however. Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) and Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) are shocked when they discover that Lucas and Sami shared a lustful night. Now the two will need to decide what to do with this little piece of information.
DAYS Weekly Recap
The DiMera brothers teamed up against Jake to take back the company. They took the battle to the boardroom and voted Jake out. Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) stunned everyone by ousting her boyfriend and later shocked Jake more by exposing her blindness scheme. EJ and Chad (Billy Flynn) are the new DiMera co-CEOs.
A day at the beach turned into a nightmare when Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) and Claire found Snyder’s (Michael Lowry) dead body. Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) and Ben called the cops and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) began the murder investigation.
