The Days of our Lives spoilers for Friday, March 19, 2021, reveal a bridegroom in distress, a father torn between his offspring, and a marriage in crisis.
Xander (Paul Telfer) gets a major shock on his wedding day, and it comes courtesy of a scheming Kristen (Stacy Haiduk). Unbeknownst to the (semi) reformed baddie, his bride-to-be is not only currently imprisoned by his former partner-in-crime but Kristen is actually impersonating Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) with the aid of a mask…and she’s putting it to devilish good use.
Kristen’s already duped lovesick Rex (Kyle Lowder) good and proper, and next, she’s planning on doing the same to Xander – hence the call she places to him, in her best Susan Banks (Susan Haiduk) voice, warning that if he wants to know where his missing bride is, he should go to the guest room at the Brady Pub.
Which is exactly where “Sarah” and Rex are getting reacquainted – and very much in the biblical sense. Will Xander be able to see through the charade? Or will he merely play right into Kristen’s hands?
Jack (Matthew Ashford) is in for quite the shock when Gwen (Emily O’Brien) recalls her abduction at Abigail’s (Marci Miller) hand…but has he learned his lesson about playing favorites with poor pitiful, possibly homicidal Gwen? Or will Jack once again rally around his troubled youngster and admonish Abby for her crime while expecting Gwen’s actions to be forgiven and forgotten?
During a tense confab with Abby, Chad (Billy Flynn) warns that she’s letting her anger at, and resentment of, Gwen get out of hand. Furthermore, he wonders if his missus really meant what she said during her last argument. Does she truly believe that revenge against her sister is worth risking her freedom and her place amongst her family?
First, she invaded his dreams. And now, Gabi (Camila Banus) is invading his home turf…or is it her turf? Has there ever been a ruling on who exactly owns the DiMera mansion? Anyway, suffice it to say, Jake (Brandon Barash) isn’t too thrilled that Gabi’s moving back into the abode that she shared with his twin brother.
He demands to know her motives for moving back onto the estate, and though Gabi will probably claim it’s over nothing more than a desire to put distance between herself and Ava (Tamara Braun), Jake will have other ideas.
