The Days of our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, April 7, 2021, proves that misery loves company and that Jack Deveraux still can’t read a room.
Days of our Lives Spoilers Highlight
Xander (Paul Telfer), having already received a probable lifetime ban from two of the town’s most-loved establishments, makes his way to the Salem park – liquor bottle in hand.
While drowning his sorrows, Xander runs into a clearly troubled Chanel (Precious Way), and he gallantly offers her some refreshment and a shoulder to cry on. Within minutes, their both spilling their metaphorical guts to one another because everyone knows that it’s far easier to talk to a stranger than someone you know and trust.
Forgive And Forget
Gwen (Emily O’Brien) surprises Chad (Billy Flynn), and quite possibly herself, by offering a sincere apology…but what exactly is she sorry for? Conning her way into his and Abigail’s (Marci Miller) home? Feeding into his fear that his wife was being unfaithful? Lying to the press over the circumstances of their one-night stand? Or that one-night-stand itself? Honestly, the lady has a lot to be sorry for.
Meanwhile, Jack (Matthew Ashford) makes a plea to his eldest daughter. Please, please forgive your sister and call a lasting truce. Now, that’s a big, big ask. Refer to the list above for all the reasons Abigail should be extremely wary of Gwen.
But will Abigail comply? Will she actually sit down and talk with the woman who tortured her emotionally and mentally? Does Jack even have the right to ask this of her?
This Girl Was (Nearly) On Fire
Ciara (Victoria Konefal) had a major breakthrough thanks to Marlena’s (Deidre Hall) hypnotherapy – but it wasn’t the kind anyone suspected. She did remember something all right…but it didn’t concern her romantic history with Ben (Robert Scott Wilson).
Instead, Mrs. Weston recalled narrowly surviving a fire set by her uber jealous niece – hence the searing read that she subjects Claire (Isabel Durant) to. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
