Your Days of our Lives spoilers weekly update for May 18-22, 2020 is here! Catch up on what you missed, get a sneak peek at what’s ahead, and find out how you can get involved in the soap opera community!
We watched a number of twists and turns on Days of our Lives this week, and the one ahead promises some curves of its own! Kristen finally got her baby back, but at the cost of losing Brady, given that she had to go on the run immediately after reclaiming Rachel.
Back in Salem, Gabi discovered that Jake really is Stefan… but she was stopped by Ben before she could inject the man with Doctor Rolf’s memory serum.
At least things went well for Rafe, who saw Evan sentenced to twenty years, and got custody of David… just before Orpheus went right off the rails. Emotions were already escalating, and next week, they’ll be even higher! Here are the spoilers!
The whole of Salem is thrown into panic after Orpheus kidnaps David, prompting Rafe and Marlena to take desperate steps in response. Gabi draws some unpleasant attention, too, as Lani and Eli interrogate her about the apparent attack on Jake.
Life also grows more complicated for Chad and Abigail, after a possible treatment for her hallucinations is discovered… and an enormous decision is made.
This past week was pretty interesting, and the coming ones may bring some unexpected developments. DAYS made its debut in 1965 and is one of the longest-running daytime dramas in American history. It has outlasted other soap operas to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, five decades’ worth of storylines has kept viewers locked in and wanting more.
From Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) evil schemes to Victor Kiriakis’s (John Aniston) one-liners to the epic love story of Bo (Peter Reckell) and Hope (Kristian Alfonso), DAYS knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more. Sadly, times are shifting, and soap operas are shrinking.
DAYS is one of only four remaining soap operas currently on the air. The other three daytime dramas include General Hospital (GH), The Young and the Restless (Y&R), and The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B). DAYS airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for air times.
