Lumi fans have been beyond thrilled to see their favorite duo, Lucas and Sami, back in each other’s orbit again and revisiting their past as lovers. According to upcoming Days of our Lives spoilers, it looks like things are about to intensify between the pair as their relationship takes a surprising turn.

Here’s your Days of our Lives spoilers video preview for the week of June 7 – 11, 2021. By the looks of the teaser, it’s going to be creating quite an emotional quandary for poor Sami.
Looking Back
A flashback of clips from the couple’s past plays — including that time a dashing Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) took Sami (Alison Sweeney) to her prom and a snippet from their long-ago wedding — while they have a candid talk about what’s been happening between them. And, more importantly, what it all means. It’s powerful and passionate and filled with heartfelt emotion.

Meant to Be
Lucas apparently starts the discussion, determined to face things head on. “We have been in love with each other since we were kids,” says Lucas. “And that spark is still there between us…Magic.”
It gives Sami, who’s currently wed to EJ, a lot to think about. She clearly has strong feelings for Lucas, too, yet she’s already committed to someone else. “I am married,” she tells Lucas in no uncertain terms.
Sami’s Choice
However, it looks like that doesn’t dissuade Lucas. In fact, it looks like he may push Sami to acknowledge what they have, too, and consider moving forward together. Sami is clearly torn and cries out, “I don’t understand how I can hurt him like this,” referring to EJ.
Sami’s romantic dilemma only intensifies, when there’s a knock at the door. She walks over to open it and is stunned to find EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) standing there. What will Sami do now? And how will EJ react when he learns that his wife has been sleeping with her ex? It has all the makings of an intriguing summer love triangle. Check out the sneak peek video below.
