The Truth And Nicole Are Out There
Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) can’t keep what she knows about Nicole (Arianne Zucker) to herself any longer if she wants an honest marriage and finally tells Eric (Greg Vaughan) that Brady (Eric Martsolf) blackmailed Nicole to leave town… and him.
Eric is absolutely furious and the battle of the brothers begins once again when Eric confronts Brady and all hell breaks loose. Eric can’t believe Brady would do such a thing, but of course, Brady defends himself because that’s Brady.
By the end of the week, Jennifer tearfully gives back her engagement ring and Eric asks Maggie’s (Suzanne Rogers) help in locating the woman he truly loves and has for most of his adult life.
Eve’s In Trouble
It turns out Eric isn’t Brady’s only problem next week when he gets upsetting news about Tate. Then, things get even worse when Eve (Kassie DePaiva) has to confess she’s the one who had the drugs planted at JJ’s (Casey Moss) apartment.
Brady is just as stunned as Eric to learn all these secrets and he blasts Eve for costing him custody of his son.
Handling Hattie
While John (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena’s (Deidre Hall) sons deal with their problems, John has his own troubles as Marlena lingers in a coma and he tries to get out of “marrying” Hattie.
However, it looks like he’s unsuccessful as Abe (James Reynolds) finds himself officiating a very strange wedding later in the week.
Things get even more wacky as Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) bursts into the hospital room determined to finish the job she started.

Poor Paul
Paul (Christopher Sean) also lingers in a hospital bed unable to walk, and Will (Chandler Massey) tells him nothing of his feelings for Sonny (Freddie Smith), who is extremely sad and heartbroken and turns to his mother for comfort.
The Tale Of Baby Bonnie
Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) also turns to Adrienne (Judi Evans) next week, because he wants her help setting Bonnie free so she will tell him who has their baby daughter.
While Bonnie remains behind bars, Sami (Alison Sweeney) is released from jail and determined to get information about EJ. Stefan (Tyler Christopher) also finds himself curious and asks Kristen if their brother is really alive.
The Evidence Mystery
Finally, Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) also remains in trouble thanks to the evidence Hope (Kristian Alfonso) found.
Rafe (Galen Gering) and Shawn (Brandon Beemer) are suspicious of that evidence and decide to get to the truth. When they bring Hope in on it, they all make a shocking discovery.
Just as that is happening, a jaded Ciara (Victoria Konefal) decides to commit her life to Tripp (Lucas Adams), believing Ben really did try to kill her.
