Days of our Lives spoilers for Thursday, January 16, 2020, tease SteVano playing a twisted game, JJ sneaking around, and “Hope” becoming the talk of the town. The drama is just heating up so make sure you don’t miss a moment.
The search for Stefano is on and no one seems more keen on tracking him down than “Steve” (Stephen Nichols). He’ll be so convincing he’ll even talk John (Drake Hogestyn) into teaming up and leaving town together so they can hunt the Phoenix.
Talk about a twist! John’s about to go on a manhunt for the man who is standing right beside him. It’s quite a play by SteVano and proof he’s quickly gaining the upper hand. He’s a genius who knows exactly what he’s doing every step of the way.
Meanwhile, Team Lani kicks into high gear in their takedown plot. Destroying Gabi (Camila Banus) isn’t going to be easy and will take all hands on deck, including JJ’s (Casey Moss) and Kristen’s (Stacy Haiduk). Lani (Sal Stowers) needs both of them if she has any hope of coming out on top.
Of course, they are each more than happy to help and JJ jumps into action. He does everything he can to get ahold of Gabi’s phone so he can disable the pacemaker app. Will he succeed or will he get caught and ruin everything? JJ better hope he doesn’t mess this up because Lani’s future depends on it.

Spoilers show “Hope” (Kristian Alfonso) strange behavior is finally getting called into question. Rafe (Galen Gering) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) come together to discuss what’s going on with their dear friend. Something isn’t quite right and hasn’t been for a very long time.
Will they figure out Hope isn’t really Hope after all? Probably not yet but at least they’re seeing the red flags and realizing they have to keep a much closer eye on the Commissioner.
She’s acting stranger and stranger by the day and they worry she’ll soon go completely off the rails. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
