Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal all but the obvious for October 14-18, 2019. We’re told Hope starts to have memory lapses and experience some personality changes and that can only mean one thing, right — Princess Gina is back.
While not confirmed, head writer Ron Carlivati did tease this story on Twitter recently when a fan asked why Rolf (Will Utay) would want to turn Hope back into Princess Gina. “For fun?” he responded.
Well, that seems like a good a reason as any, right? Plus, DAYS is about to hop ahead in time to November of 2020, so why not add Princess Gina to the madness mix. It would give Hope something different to do and maybe she’ll even have a romantic surprise at the end who will bring back her true self.
All we know now is that Rolf knocked out Hope and performed some sort of unusual procedure on her in the hospital lab. For some reason, he also needed Julie’s rosary beads, but we’re not sure if that has to do with a Gina transformation or a save Julie story.
Rolf was certainly angry at Hope (Kristian Alfonso) for pulling the trigger on Stefano (Joseph Mascolo) nearly four years ago and this is the first chance he has had to make her pay for what he considers quite an indiscretion.
Days of Our Lives spoilers show that Gina — or rather, Hope’s other personality — won’t appear in full form right away, but we will see peeks of this personality any day now.
Fans actually got a glimpse of Gina last year when Marlena (Deidre Hall) lingered in a coma and had an out-of-body experience. Gina was there, as was Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis), who turned out not to be dead after all. That might have been the Gina tease but now we’re prepared for the real deal. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
