Gwen (Emily O’Brien) has proven herself to be able to best Abigail (Marci Miller) at pretty much every turn since the former hit Salem, bent on ruining the life of her father’s ‘favorite’ daughter. But Gwen possibly being guilty of killing Abby’s beloved grandma Laura (Jaime Lyn Bauer) was the last straw and now Abby wants to fight back.

Embracing the credo of the enemy of my enemy is my friend, Abby plans to team up with her former bestie, Gabi (Camila Banus), who has certainly shown a recent flair for scheming with the best of them. Sounds like Gwen doesn’t stand a chance, right? Sadly, both women are better off playing checkers while Gwen has shown to be quite the chess player.

What if Jack (Matthew Ashford) gets wind of Abby’s plan, and in an attempt to stop their revenge plot, ends up ruining everything and getting caught in the crossfire? It might be sweet justice if the one to pull him out of the proverbial fire ends up being Gwen — and she ends up being the one to come out smelling like a rose all the more for it.

This sisterly war could end up being one of the greatest rivalries to hit Salem in ages and could certainly cause Jack a lot of heartache as he tries to make up for a lifetime of not being around for Gwen — but could it cost him his relationship with Abby in the end?
