The Days of our Lives spoilers for January 13-17, 2020 features Victor getting a secret off his chest, a plan that doesn’t seem to past muster, and a whole lot more.
Ciara’s (Victoria Konefal) ardent plea for honesty results in Victor (John Aniston) agreeing to come clean about the secret that he and Xander (Paul Telfer) have been keeping but spoilers reveal that the truth is not what the young woman expected.
Because rather than admit that he and his nephew framed Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) for murdering Jordan (Chrishell Stause), Victor confesses to railroading Will (Chandler Massey) into believing he killed Adrienne (Judi Evans)!
Ciara is thrown for a proverbial loop, especially because Victor’s pronouncement means that there is now no longer any chance of saving Ben from being put to death. Unless of course, ol’ Clyde (James Read) can convince his son to accompany him on a jailbreak.
However, Clyde isn’t the only criminal in town devising an audacious scheme. Princess Gina (Kristian Alfonso) and SteVano (Stephen Nichols), who have been at loggerheads as of late, finally hit upon a plan they believe will greatly benefit them both and lead them to achieve their primary goal.
And the brilliant plan that the two supervillains conceive of? Why it’s to kill John (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena (Diedre Hall) of course!
While we’re not sure exactly how the two can conceivably believe that murdering the object of their respective desires is the perfect solution, spoilers hint that the plan will be set into motion quickly. By the end of the week, “Steve” convinces John to accompany him out of town, ostensibly to hunt down the evil Stefano.
