The explosion has devastating effects on your Salem favorites. The church is in shambles, the wedding is in ruins, and everyone is struggling to find the survivors. This all makes Vivian (Louise Sorel) showing up ready to kill and Sami (Alison Sweeney) throwing a fit look like child’s play. Whoever did this wanted death, but did they get their wish?
Teasers show the plan fails to take out Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara (Victoria Konefal). The newlyweds survive, but will all their guests?
Will tragedy strike Allie (Lindsay Arnold) or Lani (Sal Stowers)? The pregnant moms-to-be hope for the best but fear the worst. Allie’s close to bringing a new life into the world and prays for her child to make it through this mess. Is the panic enough to have her change her mind about adoption?
Poor Lani has spent weeks worrying about losing another baby so this could very well push her over the edge. She just finally became excited about her pregnancy only to face another possible loss.
There is some light in this story. Gabi (Camila Banus) and Jake (Brandon Barash) bond over the bombing as they keep each other safe. Jake may not be Stefan but he is here, he’s strong, and she feels safe in his arms.
Xander’s (Paul Telfer) heroics hit Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) right in the heart. He can be the ultimate baddie but his softer, caring side shines through as he brings more than one person to safety.
Could this be a turning point in their romance? There is a lot to forgive and a lot of making up to do. Given the chance, Xander is ready to do whatever it takes to prove himself and be the man Sarah wants and needs him to be. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC.
