It’s a week for love and romance on DAYS when Steve (Stephen Nichols) decides he wants Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) back and will fight Justin as hard as he has to so his ‘Sweetness’ can be in his arms again. Of course, this is just when Justin (Wally Kurth) decides to propose.

Speaking of proposals, Eric (Greg Vaughan) finally gets down on one knee and presents Nicole (Arianne Zucker) with an engagement ring and she happily says yes. After all, Eric has always been her endgame no matter how many loves she has been through. Since she was a very young woman, Eric Brady has been the love of her life.

There’s also surprise in store for Lani (Sal Stowers) and Eli (Lamon Archey) as Lani suspects they may be pregnant and they await on the results of a test together. Days of our Lives History

DOOL made its debut in 1965 and is one of the longest-running daytime soap operas in American history. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, five decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in and wanting more.

From Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) evil schemes to Victor Kiriakis’s (John Aniston) one-liners to the epic love story of Bo (Peter Reckell) and Hope (Kristian Alfonso), DAYS knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more with newer pairs like Lani and Eli. Sadly, times are shifting and daytime soap operas are shrinking.

Bringing the Drama
