Days of our Lives spoilers for October 19-23, 2020, reveal a week of shock, surprise, and danger in Salem.
Days of Our Lives Spoilers Video Teaser
The lights go out in Salem this week and The Terrible Trio from four years ago break out of prison again — but this trio has replaced one member with another.
Xander (Paul Telfer) is now an upstanding Salem citizen — kind of. But Clyde (James Read) and Orpheus (George DelHoyo) have a new friend to terrorize the town with — Dr. Rolf (Will Utay).
Orpheus heads straight to Marlena (Deidre Hall) so we know it’s time for her to be kidnapped again. We think that’s only the second time she’s been kidnapped this year, so that’s impressive. Clyde heads to see Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) and Dr. Rolf is up to DiMera no good.
We also see Cady McClain’s debut as Jennifer Rose Horton, just in time for her the celebrate the one-year anniversary of waking up from her one-year coma. You can see it all for yourself in the Days of Our Lives spoilers preview promo above.
Days of our Lives History
DOOL made its debut in 1965 and is one of the longest-running daytime soap operas in American history. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, five decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in and wanting more.
From Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) evil schemes to Victor Kiriakis’s (John Aniston) one-liners to the epic love story of Bo (Peter Reckell) and Hope (Kristian Alfonso), DAYS knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more with newer pairs like Lani and Eli. Sadly, times are shifting and daytime soap operas are shrinking.
Bringing the Drama
It is one of only four remaining soap operas currently on the air. The other three daytime dramas include General Hospital (GH), The Young and the Restless (YR), and The Bold and the Beautiful (BB). DAYS airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for air times.
