Days of our Lives Spoilers, Monday, July 1: Hostile Hostages

Days of our Lives spoilers for Monday, July 1 reveal a day of trouble and horror in Salem. Claire kidnaps Ciara, Ted and Kate plot an escape, and Kristen does serious damage control. The villains work overtime this episode and you won’t want to miss a moment of the action.

A Terrifying Twist
Ciara thought her plan to bust Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) would go off without a hitch but instead, it goes off the rails! (Did we expect it not to go haywire with Claire involved?)

Okay, yes, it works and they know Claire is crazy but it sets her off in a dangerous and potentially deadly way. Ciara (Victoria Konefal) faces a harsh reality when Claire takes her hostage.

It’s a race against the clock to save Ciara. Ben (Robert Scott Wilson), Hope (Kristian Alfonso), and Marlena (Deidre Hall) are all on the hunt. Who will find the girls first? And, more importantly, will they make it in time?

Rex (Kyle Lowder) worries about Kate (Lauren Koslow) but turns to the wrong person for support. He opens up to “Nicole” and definitely does not get the response he expects.

She does her best to put his suspicions to rest but will she accidentally give something away? Kristen is not as on the ball as she would like to believe with this mess.

Meanwhile, Ted (Gilles Marini) and Kate plot their escape and their revenge. Why Nicole, of all people, would act like this is beyond them but they plan to get to the bottom of things.

Something is definitely up and it’s much worse than they thought. The more they talk the more they realize there’s quite the scheme happening! And it might be far more unusual than they ever imagined. (Come on, Kate, you’ve seen it all, right?)

Will they figure out exactly why Nicole is acting so strange? Let’s hope so! It’s time for Kristen to go down and Kate is just the kind of woman to get that job done.
