In response to Sarah’s (Linsey Godfrey) supposed abandonment of him, Xander (Paul Telfer) downs several extremely potent libations and heads out raring for a fight. He gets what he bargained for – and more!
He then heads for the solitude of Salem park, and that’s where he runs smack dab into Chanel Price (Precious Way). The two share a bottle of booze and spend the remainder of the evening confiding their personal heartaches to one another.
Quid Pro Quo
Upon awaking from her coma, a fit-to-be-tied Jan (Heather Lindell) demands satisfaction…but Belle (Martha Madison) is on hand to quell her desire. As she rightfully points out, she is well within her rights to have Jan arrested for the kidnapping ordeal she submitted her to – but why go to all that trouble?
Wouldn’t it just be in everyone’s best interest if no charges of any kind were filed? To that end, Belle drafts some legally binding documents and presents them to Jan. Miss Spears isn’t exactly thrilled with the idea of signing them. Will she eventually add her Jane Hancock on the signature line?
Odds and Ends
In other Salem news, Ciara (Victoria Konefal) agrees to undergo hypnosis with Marlena (Deidre Hall) – and the results leave a lot to be desired. Also, Paulina (Jackée Harry) makes a pleasing pitch to Abe (James Reynolds). How will the mayor of Salem react?
Meanwhile, Jack (Matthew Ashford) urges Abigail (Marci Miller) and Gwen (Emily O’Brien) to call a truce…and their attempt to do so backfires spectacularly! Way to go, father of the year!
Finally, Jake (Brandon Barash) gives Kate (Lauren Koslow) disappointing news, and Sami (Alison Sweeney) admits to Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) that her marriage is in trouble. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
