It’s a joyful day for the Johnsons. Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) and Steve (Stephen Nichols) welcome their son home and they couldn’t be happier. Okay, they could, but trading Ava’s (Tamara Braun) freedom for Joey’s (James Lastovic) is worth it — at least so far.
A New Lease On Life
This is a glorious second chance for Joey. He goes from being a jailbird without hope to a free man full of dreams. He never thought this day would come and works to settle back into life without prison bars.
A Curious Meeting
As happy as Tripp (Lucas Adams) is to have his brother home, he has some business to tend to. A phone call sends him to the square where he meets up with Allie (Lindsay Arnold). What could she want with her accused attacker? Could this be about that scene with the gun or is there something deeper going on?

The Price Of Freedom
Speaking of freedom, Ava (Tamara Braun) takes full advantage of her own. No more hiding in the shadows for this baddie. She is ready to fully reenter society, but is Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson) ready for that too? The last thing he needs is Xander learning about his secret partner.
Sneaking Suspicions
Meanwhile, Xander (Paul Telfer) and Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) continue digging for dirt and they think they’ve found something huge. Are they about to figure out everything Philip is trying to hide? Bits and pieces of the puzzle are coming out so it is only a matter of time before they put it all together.
New Love Rising
Spoilers show romance rising for Claire Bear. She and Charlie (Mike Manning) take things to the next level by making things official. Claire (Isabel Durant) is now a girlfriend.
