Though it’s against his better judgment, Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) succumbs to the pressure placed on him by Clyde (James Read) to participate in the upcoming jailbreak.

When the audacious plan is executed, Ben winds up being shot in the leg and Clyde surrenders to the guards so that his injured son will have ample time to escape.

Despite his immense pain, Ben is able to make it to a predetermined rendezvous spot and is stunned to find Ciara (Victoria Konefal) seated on her idling motorcycle.

He’s in for an even bigger shock when Ciara admits that she has been conspiring with Clyde almost from the get-go. The reunited couple makes their way to the DiMera gatehouse but their presence is quickly discovered…

DAYS Odds and Ends

In other Salem news, Chad (Billy Flynn) and Abigail find themselves imprisoned in Princess Gina’s (Kristian Alfonso) lair while the villainess in question is pursued by Kate (Lauren Koslow) and Rafe (Galen Gering). Meanwhile, after struggling with Chad over a gun, SteVano (Stephen Nichols) is wounded and he turns to the one person he is sure will help him — Kayla (Mary Beth Evans)!

And not only does Kayla oblige his request to remove the bullet from his shoulder, but she also helps him leave the hospital, sets him up in a secret hideaway, and aggress to keep his location — and predicament — a secret from Roman (Josh Taylor) and Justin (Wally Kurth).

Finally, a death rocks the Horton family, Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) keeps a secret from Brady (Eric Martsolf), Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) and Xander (Paul Telfer) receive news about the bone marrow search for baby Mickey, and Lani (Sal Stowers) interrupts Gabi (Camila Banus) and Eli’s (Lamon Archey) Valentine’s Day wedding.
