Days of our Lives spoilers for Thursday, June 17, 2020, reveal the various rescue missions to save Gabi continuing. Everyone in the know is on high alert as time begins running out. Who will play her hero — if anyone can get to her at all? A surprise guest at John and Marlena’s may just blow this all wide open!
The clock is ticking fast and Gabi’s (Camila Banus) life is at stake. Jake (Brandon Barash) and Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) work harder than ever to get her home but their attempt to negotiate her release will not go well. Jimmy’s boss wants his stuff, and if Jake doesn’t produce the goods, then the only way Gabi is coming home is in a body bag.
Meanwhile, Lani (Sal Stowers) and Eli (Lamon Archey) work behind the scenes to find Gabi. Sure, she’s their enemy, but they are cops… and a cop’s gotta do what a cop’s gotta do. They may despise her, but backing off is not an option. In fact, they go at the case harder than ever, knowing something is way off and very, very wrong.
A scene over at Marlena’s (Deidre Hall) place could be the break in the case everyone needs. Gwen (Emily O’Brien) shows up to see Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) and things quickly go off the rails. The doc won’t this woman hang around her house without demanding answers. But will she get them?
Away from the Gabi drama, Xander (Paul Telfer) makes one more play to win Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) over. He takes her to the cemetery for a heartfelt surprise, a new headstone for Mickey. She never got to know her baby, and she never got to give her child a proper goodbye, but at least he can give her a place for mourning.
He says he did this to make amends, however, there is always a catch when it comes to Xander. Taking this step is one thing, expecting Sarah to forgive, forget, and try to trust him is a whole other story. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
