Days of our Lives spoilers for Friday, June 18, 2020 tease a wild day for Jake and Gwen. They’re coming face to face in an explosive showdown you will not want to miss!
Expect hot tempers when Jake (Brandon Barash) sets sights on his ex. Gwen (Emily O’Brien) is right there in the flesh and boy, does Jake have some choice words for her. How dare she take off and leave him in the lurch? Doesn’t she see the mess she created?
Sure, Gwen knows she took off and caused a near-catastrophic chain of events. But, she won’t exactly care. Jake wasn’t a good guy to begin with and hiding out from him was one of her smartest moves. Her big mistake was befriending the wrong girl and resurfacing in the wrong place, at the wrong time.
Gabi (Camila Banus) goes right back trying to prove Jake is her Stefan. There is no way this man who looks like her husband, has the same voice as her husband, and kisses like her husband is not her husband. If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it’s certainly a duck.
This time, Gabi steps up her game. No more waiting for Jake to remember his previous life. No more letting him live a lie. She’s pulling out the big guns and she’s sure this plan will finally work.
Speaking of showdowns, expect to see Nicole (Arianne Zucker) push for a talk with her almost-niece. She wants to know who fathered the baby and what the young couple’s plans are. Does the dad even know? There’s not much Allie can do without the guy’s consent and Nicole reminds her she’s walking a very, very thin line.
Kate (Lauren Koslow) and Hope (Kristian Alfonso) also have it out. Will Kate still be droning on about her Keys-To-The-City ceremony or does she have bigger things on her mind? Either way, Hope is in for an earful and she will not like it one little bit. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
