A severely injured Stefan (Brandon Barash) is rushed to University Hospital but even after emergency surgery, the prognosis is grim.
Spoilers say that the DiMera heir apparent will be declared legally brain dead and even miracle man Doctor Rolf (William Utay) will not be able to reverse the damage.
And Stefan isn’t the only Salemite making a trip to the hospital. Despite Doug sneaking her out, Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) is taken straight back when she has another relapse and collapses at Doug’s Place.
Knowing that the de-facto Horton matriarch is coasting on borrowed time, members of Julie’s family — including Doug, Will (Chandler Massey) and Eli (Lamon Archey) – will each make a case to Gabi (Camila Banus) that she should donate Stefan’s heart to her dying rival.

To say that Gabi reacts poorly to the multitude of requests is an understatement. In fact, she not only tells Eli that the answer is a big fat no but she adds that she hopes Julie dies! A dejected Eli has to relay the devastating news to Doug. Will she end up changing her mind?
Murderous Intent
Meanwhile, spoilers reveal that Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) will be plagued by nightmares that have Jordan (Chrishell Stause) murdering his lady love.
Desperate to ensure that Ciara (Victoria Konefal) will come to no harm, Ben turns to an unlikely source for help: Victor (John Aniston). He asks the elder Kiriakis for a big favor – permanently erase Jordan from the equation!

But Victor is going to have a more pressing matter on his mind than dealing with Miss Ridgeway. Casa Kiriakis is about to welcome a new — and pregnant — guest.
