The Days of our Lives spoilers for December 7-11, 2020, tease the imminent release of a (kinda) innocent youth, a reunion between old lovers, and so much more!
Steve (Stephen Nichols) reels at the sight of a supposedly dead Ava (Tamara Braun), and when Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) later finds the two alone in the apartment, she goes on the attack!
Once her hands have been dislodged from around Ava’s throat, Kayla’s ire settles, and she realizes that if her one-time tormenter is alive and well, then Joey (James Lastovic) is no longer guilty of her murder.
Ava then proffers a deal: if Kayla were to agree to drop the kidnapping charge against her, then she, in turn, wouldn’t press attempted murder charges against Joey. Kayla readily agrees to the deal, then leaves with Steve to go and reveal the news to Joey.
Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) runs into Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson) and the duo catches up on each other’s lives since the demise of their most recent reconciliation. Philip eventually admits that he reunited with Mimi and she then tempted him into gambling – though he downplays the severity of his losses. Later, the two realize that they’ll be business rivals owing to the fact that Chloe is now working for Basic Black.
In other Salem news, Bonnie (Judi Evans) gets the wrong idea where Justin (Wally Kurth) is concerned, Abe (James Reynolds) presents Rafe (Galen Gering) with an offer, Belle (Martha Madison) offers Allie (Lindsay Arnold) a word of caution, and Shawn (Brandon Beemer) and Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) talk about Ciara.
Meanwhile, Chad (Billy Flynn) catches Jake (Brandon Barash) in a lie and winds up accusing Abigail (Marci Miller) of having an affair with his brother! Also, Gwen’s (Emily O’Brien) schemes to poison Jennifer (Cady McClain) against Jack (Matthew Ashford) seems to bear fruit when Jen begins to suspect that her husband’s affair with Kate may not be over.
Finally, Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) manages to download the contents of Philip’s computer – which makes for some interesting reading for Xander (Paul Telfer), and Xander gets an earful from Charlie (Mike Manning). Days of our Lives airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
