The thought of his mother’s untimely demise has Eric (Greg Vaughan) growing closes to God again.
He takes to the chapel to pray for her safe return and makes a shocking promise in a last-ditch plea for mercy.
Eric will swear to change his ways and be a better man. He will even vow to stay away from Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) if the Lord sees fit to give them back his mother. Is it a promise he can live up to, though?
The bigger question is, will his prayers even be answered at all?
A Massive Misstep
Eric isn’t the only one panicking about Marlena. Diana (Judith Chapman) is too, but for a totally different reason.
It seems the scheme queen did not think everything through. She may have outed herself by leaving an incriminating piece of evidence behind!

Back at the DiMera mansion, Ciara (Victoria Konefal) works her magic on Ben (Robert Scott Wilson).
She’s head over heels in love and refuses to listen to his doubts. Ciara knows the dangers of being with him and does not care. She loves him too much to let him go.
Will her touch finally be enough to break through to Ben? He loves her too and may finally realize he does not want to live without her.
