Days of Our Lives spoilers (DOOL) for Thursday, May 10 reveal what could be the end of Vivian as doctors work feverishly to save her life. You’re not going to want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your-seat episode!

Keeping Vigil
Stefan (Tyler Christopher) managed to get his mother to the hospital, but that turned out to be the easy part. Now she’s in surgery, and things don’t look very good.

Stefan anxiously waits as his Vivian’s life (Louise Sorel) life hangs in the balance. If the worst happens, Stefan will have lost his only other anchor to Salem.

After all, has been in love with someone who doesn’t really exist and felt she as his only other ally besides Viv. Now, it seems he’s lost her, too.

Will he lose it and look to avenge her?

Could this be the catalyst that makes him even more like his late father than he already is? And, could it cause him to fight for Gabigail more?

Meanwhile, Rafe (Galen Gering) wants answers about what really went down between the two longtime rivals. Of course, it could get a little sticky for him, considering he was once lovers with the Kate (Lauren Koslow).

He doesn’t let that stop him and questions Kate about her fight with Vivian. Will her guard be down because it’s Rafe who’s questioning her?
