Shot Heard ‘Round the World
It was a horrible mistake that could end in tragedy, as Theo’s (Kyler Pettis) shooting continues to have ripple effects throughout Salem.
There’s hardly anyone who isn’t being affected by this, considering both Theo and JJ (Casey Moss) together are related to most of the town. Everyone is trying to understand how everything went so wrong.
Wracked With Guilt
Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) is trying to wrap her head around what happened. She loves her son unconditionally and can’t begin to imagine the pain he is feeling – but she does know one thing.
She needs to stand by him and help him through this. Still, dealing with JJ right now isn’t that easy.
He totally blames himself for everything that has happened. While he thought Theo was someone else and holding a gun, the truth is he shot a kid who happens to be the brother of the woman he loves.
He’s not sure how to handle the guilt that’s ripping him apart. Jennifer tries to console him, but it’s hard to believe anything will help at this point.

Lani and Abe aren’t Theo’s only family who wants answers. Chad (Billy Flynn) is also devastated and wants to know what happened, though he has a gut feeling.
As Chad rips into Andre (Thaao Penghlis), Kate (Lauren Koslow) tries to cover her tracks. The last thing she wants is to anger Chad – and chances are he’ll never forgive her if he finds out her part in this.
