Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that there’s a really good reason Nicole’s been walking around cackling in glee and calling Holly a whiny brat. It’s because she’s not Nicole at all.
Instead, this was Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) who walked into Eric (Greg Vaughan) and Rex’s (Kyle Lowder) apartment last month claiming Eric couldn’t make love to her and see her body because it was burned, according to the June 3, 2019 issue of Soap Opera Digest.
It’s certainly no coincidence that Holly was kidnapped the night Nicole (Arianne Zucker) returned to town and explains why she’d actually forgive Brady. Kristen has been obsessed with Brady for years and likely thinks this is the way to get him back — pretend to be someone else.
She’s doing this with a prosthetic mask, of course, and things get a little sticky for her when the wrong person soon sees her out of the mask.

This reminds us of when head writer Ron Carlivati did this type of story on General Hospital with the deranged Faison wearing a Duke mask to be with Anna, the decades-long object of his obsession.
It was pretty easy to see something was off with Nicole, and some fans suspected she might be Kristen. Now we know those suspicions are true. We can’t wait to see how this all plays out.
