Days of our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, February 18, 2020, promise a can’t-miss day in Salem. Doug celebrates fifty years in the city, Gabi goes down, Lani speaks up, and sad news comes in about a much-loved family member.
Doug (Bill Hayes) steps away from all the Salem drama for some moments of reflection. He came to Salem half a century ago and couldn’t imagine how his life would turn out. So many twists, turns, love, and tears awaited him but he wouldn’t have it any other way.
Watch for some special moments as he looks back on the best and worst times. He’s lived quite the life surrounded by a rich tapestry of characters. Of course, one sticks out more than others. He found the love of his life here and Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) makes every hardship worth it.

They were a couple in love and lost it all in a single moment. Eli spent the better part of a year trying to get over her (did he really?) and having her walk back with all these excuses and accusations may not sit well.
Meanwhile, tragic news comes down the pipeline when Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) gets a call about one of her favorite family members.
Bill Horton’s passing will hit her hard, as it will everyone else when she shares the heartbreaking news. In the end, this is what sparks Doug’s memories. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
