Eric (Greg Vaughan) remains determined to find Nicole (Arianne Zucker) after learning that she never stopped loving him.

He had asked Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) for help but this week she reveals to Eric that she lied about Nicole. What she tells him next causes Eric to leave town to track down the love of his life.

For The Love of EJ
Sami’s (Alison Sweeney) been determined to prove EJ is alive and next week she makes a stunning discovery.

But, EJ isn’t the only thing on her mind. Sami uncovers the truth about her mother and is later vindicated when John (Drake Hogestyn) sheds new light on Marlena’s shooting.

Not only that, John’s prayers are answered. Does that mean that Marlena finally comes out of her coma and saves him from a life spent with Hattie?!

A Woman’s Pain
Abigail (Marci Miller) confesses to JJ (Casey Moss) that she fears her alters are trying to come out, thanks to Gabi’s (Camila Banus) manipulations. Gabi also pulls one over Stefan (Tyler Christopher) and Chad (Billy Flynn).

Chad reels when he finds incriminating evidence stashed in Abigail’s bedroom and shares his discovery with Jennifer (Melissa Reeves). Meanwhile, Abigail makes a confession to Stefan. Will she tell him that she thinks Gabigail may come back?!

Is It A CIN?
Believing that Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) may have tried to kill her, even if he wasn’t in his right mind, propels Ciara (Victoria Konefal) and Tripp (Lucas Adams) to take their relationship to the next level.

Will Ciara regret that when later in the week Ben shares his good news with Ciara?

Odds and Ends
Will (Chandler Massey) furthers his commitment to Paul (Christopher Sean), Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) tries to convince Brady (Eric Martsolf) to run away with her, Roman (Josh Taylor) and Kate (Lauren Koslow) agree to work together to take down Stefan, and Mimi (Farah Fath Galfond) returns to Salem.
