Anxious for the Alter
JJ (Casey Moss) has been over the moon since he (wrongly) learned he’s going to be a father. He wants nothing more in this world than to be a family with Lani (Sal Stowers) and take care of her as they await the arrival of their baby. He’s so excited that JJ suggests he and Lani elope. Will Lani go along with it just to make him happy?

Second Thoughts
Valerie (Vanessa Williams) is nervous about Eli going along with Lani’s lie because she fears he’ll live to regret this decision. She knows what it’s like to live a lie about the paternity of your child and she hates to see history repeat itself. She questions Eli’s choice about letting JJ raise his child.
