Days of Our Lives spoilers (DOOL) for Wednesday, January 17 reveal not a dry eye in the house as Theo bids farewell to his friends and family. You’re not going to want to miss a moment of this emotional episode!
Farewell For Now
The time has come for Theo (Kyler Pettis) to leave for the stem cell trial that will keep him away from Salem for the next year.
South Africa seems like the other side of the world and it’s hard for the young man to even think about being away from the family he loves so much but if he wants to walk again, he knows he has to do it.
He takes a moment with each of the people in Salem he loves, including Ciara (Victoria Konefal), girlfriend Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan), and JJ (Casey Moss), besides his immediate family. It will be tough for all who love him and expect some very special moments.
Not All Family Is Equal
While Chad (Billy Flynn) loves his nephew, he can’t stand his new half-brother and continues his quest to find the dirt necessary to bury Stefan (Tyler Christopher).
Will John (Drake Hogestyn) finally find the ammunition that Chad needs to get this latecomer away from the family business or will he need to learn to deal with him?

Man About Town
Even though Stefan knows he can’t get anywhere right away with his brother’s wife, he doesn’t plan to be a monk as he waits.
He also finds Gabi (Camila Banus) fascinating, probably because she can’t stand him and was once with his brother’s as well, so he asks her out to dinner.
Will she give him the time of day or put him in his place?
