Eric (Greg Vaughan) is over the moon now that he and Jennifer are officially engaged. He’s thrilled that he’s found a woman he wants to spend the rest of his life with and shares the exciting news with Marlena (Deidre Hall).
Will his mother be just as happy as he is or will she have some reservations that they have made this move so soon after they started dating?
After all, Marlena wasn’t sure that Jennifer was the best person that her then-fragile son should be dating. She knows about Jennifer’s issues with drugs in the past. (Yes, Jennifer the pill addict for six months in her late 40s/early 50s. So much worry.)
