Days of Our Lives spoilers (DOOL) for July 16th-20th promise big changes happening in Salem, with life starting to look look very different for some of your favorites. You won’t want to miss a moment of this dramatic week!
Congrats and Goodbye
After JJ takes the fall for Theresa (Jen Lilley), she wins custody of Tate. Victor (John Aniston) then strikes back at Theresa, but before she or Brady (Eric Martsolf) have a chance to even absorb that information, Theresa receives devastating news.
Her mother’s cancer has returned and she needs to be by her side, so she chooses to leave town… with Tate!
So, not only has Brady lost custody of his son, he won’t even get to see him for who knows how long. The father and son say a tearful goodbye, and Eve (Kassie DePaiva) tells Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) that she fears she’s partly responsible for Brady losing his boy.
Fall Guy
Meanwhile, JJ (Casey Moss) faces the consequences after he saved Theresa, while Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) is determined to find out how the drugs ended up in her son’s apartment.
Decision Day
Abigail (Marci Miller) learns who the father of her baby is, but not really. She wrestles with whether or not to tell Chad (Billy Flynn) that she’s pregnant, and by the week’s end, she’s considering getting an abortion.

But it looks like Gabi pulled a Sami and switched the test results. Next week, Gabi takes Stefan (Tyler Christopher) to task and reveals her resentment towards “Gabby.” Later, Gabi “accidentally” lets out Abby’s secret.
Eye Spy
Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) worries that a run-in with Stefan may ruin everything for Steve (Stephen Nichols), so she does her best on damage control… but does it work?
Later in the week, Roman (Josh Taylor), John (Drake Hogestyn), Marlena (Deidre Hall), and Adrienne (Judi Evans) do their best to buck Steve up as he waits for word if his surgery can move forward.
Change of Heart
Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) wants to know if Ciara (Victoria Konefal) is moving on with Ben (Robert Scott Wilson), while Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe (Galen Gering) press Ben to admit he set the fire.
Odds and Ends
Will (Chandler Massey) receives a shocking note, and Eli (Lamon Archey) supports Lani (Sal Stowers) as they continue to deal with baby David’s death.
