Days of our Lives Spoilers: Brady and Alex Find Common Ground (It’s Not Theresa)

Days of our Lives spoilers for Monday, June 17, show Brady and Alex bonding over everything they have in common—outside of who’s slept with Theresa lately.

Blood Brothers

Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) and Brady (Eric Braeden) used to think they were cousins some number removed. Now, they believe Alex is Brady’s uncle. They also have very similar tastes in women if we judge based on the fact that Brady and Theresa (Emily O’Brien) have a son together.

In contrast, Alex and Theresa have an on-again/off-again thing that’s currently on-again (but that’s because Alex doesn’t know Theresa developed her greatest passion for him after she and Konstantin [John Kapelos] forged Victor’s [John Aniston] will to make it seem like Alex and not Xander [Paul Telfer] was his long lost illegitimate son).

When she thought Alex didn’t want her anymore, Theresa slept with Brady. Now that Alex wants her again, Theresa doesn’t want Brady. You’d think there’d be nothing for Alex and Brady to discuss, really. But, at least they can both unite behind blaming Xander for Konstantin’s death. That’ll be fun until the other truth comes out.

Sharper Than a Serpent’s Tooth

There’s nothing that Paulina (Jackée Harry) won’t do for her precious baby girl, Chanel (Raven Bowens). When her daughter was involved in a death in England, Paulina paid off the authorities so Chanel could go free! Charges are finally filed against Chanel in the US for that crime (somehow)? Paulina used her marriage to then-mayor Abe (James Reynolds) to make sure the rules don’t apply to her family!

Chanel was lost for five minutes in a snowstorm? Paulina used her own mayoralty to redirect city resources to a snowmobile for rescuing Chanel personally. So what if she may have given Chanel radiation poisoning? Paulina meant well. That’s all that matters.

And now Chanel is expressing her gratitude by moving out of town? Oh, Abraham, how could she? How could Chanel do this to her doting mama? Oh, no one has ever suffered so. Please focus all your attention on me, Abraham.
