Days of our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, August 7, bring multiple stories full circle…and bring Hattie back to Salem.

Familiar Face

Marlena (Deidre Hall) just got the good news that John (Drake Hogysten) is safe (more or less) and back on American soil (more or less). But now she has to face the…less good news that Hattie (Deidre Hall) has popped up again and is headed straight for Bonnie’s (Judi Evans). (Check out these facts about Hattie.)

The last time those two got together, things…didn’t go well. Bonnie has since reformed. We have no idea about Hattie.

Wedding Bells

Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) and Xander (Paul Telfer) are trying to get married. Again. This time, there is no Theresa (Emily O’Brien) to mess up the proceedings with her lies. So it’s smooth sailing, right?

Fiona (Serena Scott Thomas) has agreed to come. (Maybe on time now?) Xander has newly forgiven his mother, so everything is great. There are no more secrets between them. Assuming Brady (Eric Martsolf) agrees to keep it secret how he spent nights — yes, more than one night — in Fiona’s room. It’s not like he wants to broadcast it. But then again, Brady doesn’t really like Xander. And he might blurt it out just for spite. Or for fun. Or for both. It’s not like Fiona did anything wrong. Right?

Just Like Last Time

With Nicole (Arianne Zucker, who said a difficult farewell) off to Europe with Eric (Greg Vaughan), Holly (Ashley Puzemis) promised she’d be a super good girl for Grandma Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) so Holly can remain in Salem. Things don’t exactly start off on the right foot when Maggie easily catches Holly in a lie. Boy, that girl is really bad at this, isn’t she?

Join the Team

Kate (Lauren Koslow) and Abe (James Reynolds) are about to become big-time mover-and-shaker soap opera producers. So they turn to Leo (Greg Rikaart) because he must have some talents that will eventually be useful to someone. These might be it, though the odds are against it.
