Days of our Lives Spoilers August 1: Ava Trapped Between Gabi and Connie

This is going to get dicey.

Days of our Lives spoilers for Thursday, August 1, place Ava in a Lady or the Tiger situation. Is she in more danger from Gabie or Connie?

Crazy Pants

Connie (Julie Bove) has three objectives in life: Working for Gabi (Cheri Jimenez — here’s what you need to know.), continuing her imaginary romance with Ghost Li (Remington Hoffman), and keeping the secret that she actually is the one who killed Li. Fail at the third one, and the first two become moot. (Then again, presumably, she can imagine Li being in love with her even from prison, so — winning?)

To that latter end, she stabbed Rafe (Galen Gering) and is keeping a close eye on a suspicious Gabi. But she also finds time to mess with Ava (Tamara Braun), who could be the key to causing even more trouble for Gabi or, at least, distracting her.

Side Quest

But even without Connie, Gabi has her eye on Ava. Something is off between Gabi’s husband and the woman Stefan (Brandon Barash) claims he has no weird undertones with—why do you ask? Gabi has never been one to keep her concerns to herself. She likes to tackle her problems head-on, which could be quite a problem for Stefan.

Seek and Hide

Hey, remember the whole mystery about Abigail possibly still being alive? Chad (Billy Flynn) and Jack (Matthew Ashford) seemed to have put it on the back burner for a while. But now they’re back on the hunt.

Since nobody was in Abby’s grave, the natural question becomes: So where is it? And is it not quite as dead as previously suggested?

Game, Set, Match

EverBob (Blake Berris) has made it clear that he has no interest in Stephanie (Abigail Klein) — Jada (Elia Cantu) is who he wants. As Everett, he broke up with Stephanie, and as Bobby-Pretending-To-Be-Everett, he’s flirted with Jada in a kind of creepy way.

But as long as Stephanie doesn’t know what’s really going on — she and Jada suspect, but they’re still not sure — she can’t help but still have feelings for Everett, especially when he’s hurt and vulnerable.
